Assistant Professional Organizers (Part-time)

North Pinellas County: Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor/Clearwater

North Tampa


You will most typically work side-by-side the company owner in medium to large size organizational projects needing support tasks. Work may entail boxing and packing storage containers, labeling, arranging items (e.g., cupboards, media centers, china cabinets, etc.).

This is a long-term opportunity that is part-time and may include weekend or evening work. Formal training is provided and includes classroom trainings (and assigned readings) along with hands-on training.  Training includes organizational techniques, time and project management, human behavior/psychology.  Requires someone with a flexible schedule to be available for assignments within several days notice.  Reliable transportation required to work sites, which will usually be a residential home or small business or home office.  

The ideal person for this job walks "the talk" of living a life that is organized.  We seek responsible individuals of high moral code who have a love for helping people and a respect for individual's wants and needs and their personal possessions.

Photo/Files Organizer (Work at Home/Part-time)

Job entails cataloguing photos and documents, scanning, setting up file folders, labeling, alphabetizing, organizing, creating spreadsheets, etc. 

Training provided.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with detailed organizing of important documents and/or photo organizing.  Some equipment and supplies will be provided, but applicant must have a wifi capable computer, scanner, and be technically competent in use of same.  Experience is a plus!

From time to time our clients want and need organization of photos and files.  Schedule will be on an as-needed basis, part-time. You'll enjoy flexible time working from home.
